Delivery
UK
Most of our deliveries are carried out by Parcelforce,
the state-owned parcel delivery company which is part of Consignia
or Interlink Express. Note that very small value items are often
sent by normal Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
All items
should be with you in less than 5 working days (excludes Saturday,
Sunday and Bank Holidays) subject to availability. Deliveries
outside the mainland England may take longer.
Delivery
International
International order will be shipped via Interlink Express,
we can not give specific delivery times for these orders. However
they should leave us in less than 5 working days (excludes Saturday,
Sunday and Bank Holidays) subject to availability.
Back
Orders
All ordered items will automatically be back ordered
if they are not available from stock. You will be sent an email
informing you of the likely delivery timescale.
Payment
We accept all the major credit/debit cards excluding American
Express, Visa Electron, Diners Club, JCB, and Discover. The
reasons for non-acceptance of the above cards is normally due
to these companies not offering 'UK retailer merchant services',
which means it's not possible for us to accept them, rather
than any deliberate rejection by us.
We also
accept payment via cheques drawn on a UK bank. All cheques should
be made payable to A.J.Sutton and posted along with a print
out of the shopping basket to; 86 cuckoo ave, london, W7 1BN.
Refunds
& Returns
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However,
we understand that there are occasions when you need to return
goods to us.
